Coming January 9th! Jumping is a basic human function, but injuries, weakness, tightness, and underuse can cause us to lose our ability to jump. Did you know that the human foot has 26 bones, 33 joints, 100+ muscles, tendons, and ligaments? This workshop analyzes proper jumping mechanics, starting with foot exercises on the reformer and jump board, including discussions on exercises for different weaknesses.
